F.A.Q.'s

1. Do I need to pay a fee in order to enjoy access to resort amenities?

Our guests have access to all amenities at Eagle Crest Resort except for green fees and any golf packages. You will be furnished tennis balls & rackets, racket ball & rackets, even basketballs for use in the indoor and outdoor courts per request at no charge!

2. Are there activities planned for kids on the resort property?

Yes! There are many events planned daily for kids, some require a small fee. A schedule is available at the resort or online at www.eagle-crest.com

3. What about towels and linens in the unit or kitchen utensils?

Our unit is fully furnished with everything you'll need for up to several days! All you'll need to bring is food and any extra paper supplies if you stay over approximately a week in the unit.

4. How do I get a key for the unit?

You can access a key for the unit by entering the code provided by the owner upon final payment. This prevents the need for mailing and keeping track of keys for the unit.

5. The price for this unit seems lower compared to others I've checked with fewer perks and amenities. What gives?

Simple. Our family has enjoyed some of the most quality moments together while on vacation, specifically in Central Oregon. We never take a moment spent with family for granted and we have found the best times together happen when we are free from the distractions of work, phone and home responsibilities. It is our mission to share this with as many people as possible while making it affordable to do again and again. We do not add "hot tub fees", charge excessively for cleaning, or charge an internet use fee.

6. How far away is Eagle Crest?

Eagle Crest is located 5 miles outside of Redmond on US Hwy 20 or 18 miles from Sisters. This is approximately just a 3 hour drive from the Portland area.

7. We love dining out while on vacation! Are there any nice places to eat near Eagle Crest?

Yes! Not only can you enjoy an outdoor grill at the Resort Center pool, fine dining at Niblick & Greens, and other small deli's & café' on the resort property, there are incredible restaurants located throughout the Bend and Redmond area. Check out our Dining Link to the left to see restaurant options. Feel like staying inside and having food delivered? Ray's Food Place in Redmond will make any grocery delivery to your door for only a $10 charge! More information on restaurants are available inside the unit.

8. What else is there to do around Eagle Crest?

There is no shortage of things to do here, even if you aren't the outdoor enthusiast that draws so many other people here. Into antiques or quilting? You'll love visiting the many shops in downtown Sisters. Interested in astronomy? You will find no better viewing conditions than a Central Oregon sky. Check out the Pine Mountain Observatory east of Bend or the Sunriver Observatory. We have also put together a guide with brochures and pamphlets including a DVD featuring all the area highlights along with contact numbers and website information. This information is located in the unit and we would be happy to email information upon request, or just click on our "Things to Do Link" for more info!
